THE IMPORTANCE OF DRINKING WATER Dr Geoff Hale  D.O.  N.D. MaSc.AC
“Water is a vital key to our longevity and a healthy body”

When you think about it, it is only since the advent of mass marketing, that we stopped drinking water as our main means of hydration. Ever since, we have been consuming ever greater quantities of tea, coffee, juice, cordials and especially soft drink (sugar). Along with processed foods, this has contributed to a massive global trending of destructive, acidic lifestyles.
There is no escaping the fact that Human Beings are comprised mostly of water (approx. 75%) - All of our several billion cells, e.g. the brain, skin, blood are highly dependant on continuous hydration. It should come as no surprise then that we should all pay very close attention to the quantity and quality of water we drink, if we wish to balance our overly acidic lifestyles and re-align with our natural makeup.
All our biological functions including circulation, digestion, absorption, and excretion depend on it. Water is required for blood, the lymphatic system, healthy skin, muscles, joints, the list goes on. Doctors, scientists, researchers, overwhelmingly agree that drinking enough water, ( 8 glasses on a daily basis, depending on body weight), helps maintain good health and fight disease.
Balancing our modern acidic lifestyles with the understanding that drinking adequate water, can go a long way in preventing the diseases which slowly build and strike us down, is just plain common sense.

Hundreds of thousands of years of human evolution is not going to magically change overnight. We need to be realistic. Yet there is still plenty of scope to enjoy the treats in life. It is a matter of getting things into proportion. Drinking more water is the obvious place to start. Then comes the issue of quality and affordability of the water we choose to do this with. Bottled water is the expensive option. Filtering tap water will remove harmful chemicals but doesn’t address all the effects of industrial scale processing. Town water is subjected to enormous pressures, pumping, and friction. This impacts on the natural integrity of water. You only have to compare beautiful spring water at its source, with tap water, to understand the potential signifi

ance for our wellbeing. Nature designed us to hydrate with pure water from springs and wells, subjected to the earth’s magnetic influence.

So, if you are looking for a simple, cost effective way to source drinking water closer to the way nature intended for you to drink it, then I can thoroughly recommend the Waterphysics® range of magnetic filter appliances. Happily, this once expensive, niche product has made the leap to main stream affordability. A much more cost effective alternative to buying bottled water and arguably better for you.
